slightly from that of our competitors. We like to sleep at night, as we are
sure you do also. therefore, we only use quality components in each computer we
build. As a matter of fact, we will not purchase, use or otherwise install
components which do not meet our high standards of quality. In our opinion, if
we lose your business because of the quality components we use in our
computers, it is a "Win/ Win" situation for us the company and for you the
customer. As a result of our component quality philosophy, as well as our
procedures in building computers, we can proudly say that we DO NOT have 24
hour technical support, we DO NOT have a customer service Hot Line; we don't
have the need. But we do stand ready to support you whenever and however you
may need it. We are committed to quality and thus...... your total
satisfaction.

Quality
Custom built computers is our business and therefore we do not purchase
computers from other sources and put them on the shelf for resale. We do not
employ assembly line procedures which gives us the opportunity to build one
custom computer at a time to your specifications. We do not employ herds of
people, which means that once your computer order has been received, it is
assigned to one technician who is responsible to build and test the unit before
being shipped to you.

Affrodiable Software
We can install as much or as little software that your situation
needs. We ship our computers with WindowsXP pre-configured, however,
if you need, or want a different operating system in place of Windows just
let us know and we'll be happy to install it for you.
